SOLA is a participant led charity passionate about supporting people who are vulnerable. Working with people who are displaced, socially isolated or who are experiencing mental health difficulties. SOLA holds expertise supporting integration, wellbeing and opportunity for people from refugee or BAME backgrounds.
Working with creativity as a basis, participants share a journey from point of crisis or need through empowerment and opportunity to have confidence and self-agency to progress.
The GAIA Women’s Tea Project worked with Yolart during her Liverpool residency in April. The herbal tea making enterprise involves women from around the world and is supported by SOLA and Enactus Liverpool.
